Scapartois logistics platform

Fitting-out and expansion of the existing logistics base for the cooperative structure supplying Leclerc stores and click-and-collects in the Hauts de France.

The first part of the project started in 2015 with the extension of 23,000 m² including:

  • The construction of two new cold (positive) cells and a loading bay dedicated to fresh products on a surface area of 16,800 m².
  • The construction of 5,700 m²of loading bays (dry), a security post, adjoining roads, a loading room and technical premises.
  • The expansion of the car parking lot and the creation of a new truck parking lot.

In 2018, the second part of the project allowed the creation of two high-rise buildings of 32 m for 2 stacker cranes: 11,000 m² and the redevelopment of 15,000 m². The challenge on this part of the project was to be in perfect coordination with WITRON, the company in charge of the automation process, to achieve the shell after the process set-up.

All the cells housing the automated logistics extend over a surface area of 30,000 m² (including 18,000 m2 of existing buildings). The order processing was maintained throughout the construction period.
