Architectural requalification of the shopping centre urban facades
Existing shopping area: 73,670 m², created shopping area : 44,699 m², 150 additional shops
Creation of a new 7-level car park with 847 additional spaces (including demolition and cleaning of existing car parks).
BEG Ingénierie, Project Manager in execution worked with Bouygues Construction for Hammerson.
BEG Ingénierie was also in charge of the mechanics and external work studies.
The shopping centre remained open and maintained 2,000 parking spaces for the customers during the works.
