For several decades, BEG Ingénierie has been supporting the development and restructuring of Leroy Merlin stores, in France and abroad.
The Group’s first logistics platform was built in Réau, on the motorway A5 Park (Seine-et-Marne).
At the end of a Preliminary Study Contract launched in 2015, BEG Ingénierie, together with the Architect SAGL and the BIGS Ingénierie design office carried out this “Turnkey” project.
The building comprises 2 wings separated by a fire wall and 12 cells for an approximately 68,500 m² storage surface which could be extended to 93,000 m² in the long term.
