The year 2007 should be a year of strengthening and growth:  

Strengthening with the launch of :

·     The extension and the renovation or the transfer of 5 shopping centres (RENNES ALMA for UNIBAIL, Rue des Halles in ORLEANS for APSYS, CARREFOUR in SARAN and NIMES, AUCHAN in VINEUIL).

·     The achievement of the B8 building in VELIZY for FIDEI (INEO-SUEZ head office).

·     The project studies of PLAISANCE du TOUCH (near TOULOUSE) for SIMON-IVANHOE, of “LES COMPTOIRS du LAC » (in BORDEAUX) for APSYS, of EIFFEL in LEVALLOIS-PERRET (PARIS suburb) for UNIBAIL and NEXITY.

·     The first phase of the EURINPRO logistic platform in SARAN. 

Growth with :

·     The achievement of the 1st shopping centre in ALGERS

·     The creation of BEG Ingenierie Romania and Bulgaria.
·     The return to TURKEY with new projects of shopping centres
·     The realization of projects in SPAIN, SWITZERLAND and RUSSIA.
