Renovation of the Téranga Pullman hotel belonging to the Accor Group.  Built in 1973, it is the oldest five stars hotel  in Dakar.

Number of rooms: 240 including 10 suites and 1 presidential suite

  • A basement, a ground-floor, 11 floors and 1 terrace
  • 2 restaurants and 1 bar
  • 4 meeting rooms including one conference room of 270 m². Espace total de 490 m² modulable en 7 parties
  • An outdoor swimming-pool
  • A private beach
  • A hairdressing salon  (rented)
  • An outdoor car park  (20 spaces)

Building’s height: 40 metres
Land surface: 6,450 m²
Total covered surface: 16,980 m²

BEG Ingénierie was in charge of :

  • Scheduling, Steering and Coordination in study and work phases
  • Work Management and Control
  • Quality approach in study and work phases
  • Architectural and technical  synthesis of the ground floor and basement in work phase
  • Project leader in study phase
