AKVAREL Auchan shopping centre

Design and construction of the  AKVAREL  shopping centre in Togliatti, district of Samara.

The shopping mall comprises the AUCHAN hypermarket  with a surface area of 38,589 m², The LEROY MERLIN DIY store with a surface area of 17,257 m² and a car park with  2,659 spaces.

The BEG INGENIERIE.RUS  teams worked on the different phases of the project:

• Concept development
• Geotechnical studies
• Full project management and positive conclusion on The building permit documentation for its filing, from the organisation “Expertise” (agreed by the Russian Construction Police)
• Technical Audit
• Drawing up of the tender documentation
• Checking of the construction plans
• Author follow-up

All the project was carried out in compliance with the BREEAM certification
