The Tertiary Sector Decree: BEG Ingénierie can help you.

Published on 25 August 2022

By September 30, the companies concerned by the Tertiary Decree shall have transmitted the information on their annual energy consumption of their building stock on the OPERAT platform.

The objective of this measure, which is part of the ELAN law is to commit companies to energy performance by reducing their consumption by 40 % by 2030.

Tertiary buildings of at least 1,000 sq. m are submitted to this regulation.

In addition to financial penalties if the deadline is not met and if an action plan is not proposed, a Name & Shame policy will be applied.

BEG Ingénierie has set up a specific offer to help its clients carry out these administrative procedures and make recommendations.

BEG Ingénierie has put together a special offer to support his clients comply with the law: energy audit and recommendations.
