After a 24-month construction period, « Les Promenades de Brétigny »  opened its doors in 2019.

Phase 1 allowed the construction of retail cells and parking lots (24,000 sq.m) adjacent to the existing hypermarket Auchan (28,000 sq.m) and the shopping mall.

• Construction of 9 restaurants including a drive-through
• KINEPOLIS multiplex cinema with 10 screens.
• Construction of a 8,500 sq. m  leisure center including a bowling alley, a karting track and a playground for children

The site holds 1,200 parking spaces.

The entire project is BREEAM Very Good certified.

The completion of the phase 1 is the first step of a 49,000 sq. m retail park including 5 buildings.
