Renovation and development of the mall and of the hypermarket (built in 1972)

The remodling and the development of the mall took place on a site in operation. This constraint is always difficult to manage in order not to disturb the activity of shops. The sequence of the different phases is highly controlled to guarantee the safety of customers and employees.
The second phase of the shopping centre development allowed the building of additional 28,000 m² to accommodate specialized retail stores (including Primark).
The Noyelles Godault Au shopping centre is one of Ceetrus flagship shopping centres in the region.
Ceetrus France was awarded the 2019 Trophy by the National Council of shopping centres (CNCC) in the ” Renovation/Development” category.
