What does your job entail precisely?

I have worked for 2 years at BEG Ingénierie to develop a portfolio of complex commercial project management clients in new market areas (notably the hybrid and tertiary sectors). I canvass new clients. I analyse their expectations to ensure these are fully met with regards to the typology of the building. I then develop an offer, supported by colleagues who are experts in their respective fields (architectural services, utilities, highways and byways, etc.) as well as our usual partners (e.g.: landscapers, architectural offices for some projects, etc.)

What are the major market expectations?

We are at the dawn of a major shift, notably with high expectations in energy use.

We must, therefore, remain constantly aware and reflect on anticipating and managing new emerging models which will soon take off. People often talk about tomorrow’s business, industry 4.0, urban logistics, the last kilometre, energy mix, co-working and co-living, carbon neutrality, etc.

We also have to plan in order to better anticipate the future markets which will either work or not. It is, for instance, increasingly about asking whether hydrogen will form the green revolution and whether this energy source will genuinely improve the daily life of future generations?

What added-value is offered by BEG Ingénierie?

BEG Ingénierie stands out thanks to its ability to move forward and quickly take decisions regarding complex project management matters. Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of our talented individuals, we always take our studies one step further (often even further than requested by our clients). We are able to respond to each request for a complex project for which our services are commissioned.

What is it you like about BEG Ingénierie?

I love the high level of productivity of our team. At BEG Ingénierie, we are lucky enough to work alongside some highly diverse expertise. I also love the kind nature of all of our team.

Management is attentive and concerned about everyone’s well-being as well as the quality of life in the workplace.
