A veritable conductor of the projects entrusted to them, they are the customer’s main point of contact. They look after the project launch, coordinate studies, manage operations and supervise the smooth running of the site until its completion. They are also the intermediary for after-sales service. Genuine manager and coordinator, they are rigorous, communicative, accessible and their sole objective is customer satisfaction.
As project designer in their speciality (electricity, structure-utilities, fluids, etc.), they carry out technical studies, participate in the coordination of these studies with other departments, verify the project files and visit the worksites to ensure the quality of works, in France and abroad. Their priority missions: to develop projects that take into account the customer’s requirements and respect budgets.
Fully familiar with the diversity of the professions and technical requirements that enable projects to be carried out, he or she produces the figures for projects, draws up the provisional schedule for the operation and participates in negotiations with the customer. They make proposals to foster the emergence of alternatives. Rigorous, with the capacity to look ahead and analyse projects, they are one of the key elements for success when endeavouring to capture a new market.
They are the BEG Ingénierie representative in their respective region. As a commercial advisor, manager and decision-maker, their supervisory experience makes them a perfect mentor for new employees in the region. They work to harmonise productions through BIM and to facilitate its adoption by BEG Ingénierie employees and customers. They ensure optimal use of the tool.
The BIM draughstman holds a key position in the study phases of projects. He/she draw up the 2-Dimensional plans necessary to the perfect understanding of works to be achieved in its specialty (architecture, structure-external works, mechanics, electricity).
He/she guarantees the tender documents’ relevance and checks the construction studies prepared by the contractors.
Proficient with the 3-Dimensional tools, he/she is the BIM consultant of his/her department within a team managed by the BIM manager.
