Where would BEG Ingénierie be without the women and men who work together daily for the success of the projects and the satisfaction of our clients?

Be it at head office, in our agencies in France or subsidiaries abroad, they are our strength. Like all the companies in our line of business and even beyond, we are confronted with a very competitive job market : is it an opportunity?… Everyone must find their place and enjoy themselves.

At BEG Ingénierie’s, we are lucky to work on a diversity of projects in which everyone can achieve fulfilment, like Olivia Larivière, ESTP Engineer and Architect (state registered diploma). Olivia has been a project manager for 2 years.  After her studies and experience in an architect’s practice, Olivia was attracted by the opportunity to work in an environment which would enable her to continue learning from her peers:

« I was immediately interested because this position allowed me to combine my two qualifications».

With experts from different construction sectors, all the ingredients are gathered to further her education: an integrated design office, experienced employees, external contractors: like a « melting pot» of multiple skills for exchanging views and sharing rewarding experiences.

Today she is part of the team which is building the new Head Office of JJA in Gonesse.

Our fields of operations are changing  (retail, logistics, services…), our services diversify (Turnkey, Project Management, Project set-up). It means more possibilities to learn and evolve for all.

This environment is also appreciated by our apprentices: each year, we welcome them in all our professions (IT, design office, works, quality, environment…). François Colombin has just joined us. He is preparing a 3-year quality engineer diploma at the INSA Engineering School located in the Centre Val de Loire – CFSA Hubert CURIEN. Throughout the course of his training, he will be accompanied by his tutor, Yannick CHEREL, the Quality Manager. Double challenge for Yannick who joins the Human Resources Department, to take over the training and the skills management while keeping on with his current duties. For François, as for the other young people, sandwich courses within BEG Ingénierie are a guarantee of success with a path combining studies and skills closely resembling the company’s different professions.
As far as our trainees are concerned, they are at a crossroads. They are tomorrow’s talent.

BEG Ingénierie, is decentralising in order to be as close as possible to its clients and meet its employees expectations.
In our nine international subsidiaries, the teams recruited locally, guarantee the quality of the client relationship.

Our latest news:

The refurbishment of our offices to which our employees were associated.

Designed to encourage discussion, efficiency, cooperative work and communication, they undoubtedly contribute to the workplace well-being and fulfilment of each one in the Group.
