The brand, positioned in the top 3 in Russia, wished to improve the image of the ATAK supermarkets, the customer experience and the product offer: a bakery area was added to the stores, the shelf displays were reorganized and the decoration inside the sales area was changed.

From June 2017 to March 2018, a dedicated team of 7 people carried out the technical audit, the preparation and the management of tender files, the checking of construction plans, and the work follow-up for a total surface area of 63,000 m².
