Auchan shopping centre – left bank

This important building site in the residential district Pozniaki is managed on a turnkey basis and is under the control of a project manager, in two phases:

First  phase delivered:
With a total surface area of 30,000 m², the shopping centre includes:

• A 15,000 m² Auchan hypermarket,
• A shopping mall with 60 shops (for a total surface area of 5,000 m²),
• A 1,000-space car park on the ground floor of the shopping centre.

In a second phase developed by CEETRUS, the commercial space will be expanded to reach 125,000 m² on 4 floors: 2 parking levels and 2 levels of shops and restaurants on 56,000 m².

The project is part of a BREEAM Very Good certification process.
