After a fire, rebuilding of the shopping centre
The refurbishment was completed in coordination with the 3 owners : APSYS, PATHE and L’EPPDCSI (Public Owner), in the frame of a legal and insurance expertise.
- Diagnosis after a very serious damage (fire).
- Rebuilding of the shopping centre in the frame of a Project management contract for APSYS.
- Refurbishment of the Cité des Sciences core and shell in the frame of a public project management contract for l’EPPDCSI.
- Replacement of the ECOPHON sealing by stretched canvas. Refurbishment of the framework, roofing, facades and fire wall 1 h 30 (100m x20m high) in collaboration with EFECTIS and the CTICM.
